query for primary management server

on a couple of my agents, i can see its primary management server in the “network name” value under

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft Operations Manager\3.0\Agent Management Groups\[management group name]\Parent Health Services

1. is that “0″ path going to be consistent for all agents?
2. if i wanted to run a powershell script on the agent machine that would find its own primary management server, is the registry the best/fastest place to look for it, or would WMI be better/faster?
2a. what might a powershell wmi query for primary management server look like?
